Well, I happen to have some potential answers, which I detail in today's Irish Times. This isn't an except from my book, but a new piece specially for the IT. Have a look.

    Just read the piece in The Irish Times Stephen. It's very thought-provoking and it's refreshing to read something with even a hint of positivity about our future. I'll be keeping an eye out for the book.
