Here's a guest lecture for the 4rth year module Ireland and the World Economy, and it is be all about fiscal policy: what it is, where Ireland stands right now, and what we might do about it in the next few years. We'll talk about the connection between sovereign debt and banking bailouts, and discuss alternative fiscal rules. Here are the lecture notes.
